Wendy is responsible for the quality control and ensures that we all adhere to our ISO 20252 requirements, MRS Code of Conduct and the Data Protection Act 1998. She keeps the cogs turning in the background, developing and testing our ever expanding databases and IT systems.

Wendy is also responsible for the induction and on-going training of new staff making sure that they have a good understanding of the complexities of the market research industry!
